Natalie has a passion for helping others achieve their health and athletic goals. She draws upon her experience as a gymnastics coach to both recreational and competitive gymnasts when leading her patients to better health outcomes.

As a former gymnast herself, Natalie has competed at the provincial level in trampoline and tumbling. As a coach she led her girls to multiple Canadian Junior Olympic medals.

When Natalie is out of the clinic, she may be found pursuing her diverse athletic and fitness interests, spending time outdoors or with family.
